Most
clinicians are approved for third-party insurance payments, cash
payments, and some of the clinicians now accept MasterCard and Visa.
For patients preferring to pay cash rather than utilizing their health
insurance (to insure greater confidentiality), fee reductions are
available.

Some of the clinicians accept clients under Title
19 (Medicaid) insurance, and BadgerCare insurance. While the patient or
responsible person is expected to cover any charges that are not paid
by insurance, some of our clinicians offer treatment on a sliding fee
scale.
Because insurance companies may change their behavioral
health providers and payment policies without always making the insured
parties aware of the changes, we will call and confirm your benefits
from your insurance company, including deductible, co-pay, and whether
the company pays for "out-of-network" providers, when we set up your
first appointment.
