Counseling and psychotherapy can be difficult terms. Most of our counseling is simply a conversation between a trained counselor and a person with a problem. Our clinicians use reality-based, insight-oriented, strengths-based, solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral types of counseling, identifying the issues that cause discomfort for the client, and working on the causes of the problem and strategies for change.
Our goal is to help our patients work on their issues with solutions and strategies that are healthy and will bring them a more satisfying life.
