Why a Women's Recovery Group?
Because women's recovery needs are different than men's.
Because women are more open and honest with themselves and others in a women only group.
Because no one understands a recovering woman better than other recovering women.
The Women's Recovery Group is designed for women in the first six months of sobriety from drug and alcohol addiction. The group will first, help you gain a strong understanding of the disease of addiction, and then help you to develop a healthy lifestyle that will promote recovery.

- Identify and develop ways to cope with your Relapse Triggers
- Identify, express, and cope with Intense Feelings
- Grieving--Say Good-bye to Alcohol and/or Drugs
- Identify your Wants and Needs and how to get them met
- Explore healthy ways to Rebuild Trust and make Connections to Other People
